Sensitive to the stress associated with life transitions, Clients are regularly briefed by the OSFS Team. The Team Leader is available to discuss problems, for clarification on any issues, or for crucial input on necessary decisions. Written Progress Reports are available to appropriate individuals on a periodic basis.OSFS has a corporate commitment to community involvement and community participation. CEO, Dr. BJ Hawkins has a long history of Non-Profit Board service, social entrepreneurism, civic engagement, and leadership in economic development projects positively impacting traditionally underserved communities. Team members are involved in a variety of philanthropic activities including leadership, support and contributions to various youth, church, civic and cultural organizations. OSFS has an active Internship Program by which we assist college students in developing workplace, business, professional, and leadership skills. OSFS Speaker’s Program is geared to the Faith Based and Philanthropic Communities and provides at no charge Speakers to Professional, Non-Profit and Ministerial Groups. Specifically tailored to the presentation group, subjects include care-giving, life transitions, interventional prayer solutions and methodologies for Church/Temple/Mosque support and assistance on quality of life issues for seniors in their congregations. Especially important for outreach programs dealing with the journey and experiences in caring for and about seniors, these presentations are kindled by OSFS’s fierce commitment to providing information and methodologies for resolution of business and financial issues to families caring for loved ones.
